Q: What should I expect in a session? Sessions are calm, supportive, and tailored. We focus on what’s present and what you need most—clarity, regulation, insight, or integration—without pressure or performance.
Q: What if I’m unsure where to start? Start with an Intuitive Insight Session if you’d like clarity without commitment. If you’re considering mentorship, you’re welcome to email with a short note about what you’re navigating.
Q: Do you offer payment plans? Yes. Monthly and extended payment options are available for selected programs. If you’d like a plan, email me and we’ll find an option that feels workable and clear.
Q: How do I book? You can book directly via the link on each offering page. After booking, you’ll receive confirmation details and (if online) your Zoom link.
Q: Are sessions refundable? Because time is reserved specifically for you, sessions are not refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, you’re welcome to do so with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Q: Do you offer online sessions? Yes. Sessions are available online, and some services are also offered in person (Central Coast NSW). Each offering page notes the format.
Q: Can I gift a session? Yes. Gift vouchers are available for selected sessions. Email me and I’ll organise a digital voucher.

These Terms apply to all sessions, programs, events, and digital products offered by Ascension Resonance (“we”, “us”). By booking or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of services
Ascension Resonance offers life coaching, intuitive sessions (including clairvoyant/mediumship-style insight where applicable), Reiki energy support, mentoring, events, and digital resources. Services are provided for personal development and wellbeing support.
2. Not medical or therapeutic care
Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you need clinical care or urgent support, please contact an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Personal Responsibility
You remain responsible for your choices and actions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or accuracy of intuitive impressions.
4. Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Prices may change over time; the price at the time of booking applies to that booking.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are forfeited.
If we need to reschedule, we will offer an alternative time. If an alternative time cannot be arranged, a refund will be provided.
6. Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)
Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for services once booked, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered/accessed. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Online sessions and technological
For online sessions, you are responsible for a stable internet connection and suitable device. If a technical issue occurs on our side, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
8. In-person sessions and events
If you attend in person, you agree to behave respectfully and follow venue rules. Attendance is at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
9. Confidentiality and privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Session content is confidential except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Recording Policy
You may record a 1:1 session for personal use with prior consent. Recordings may not be published or shared without written permission.
11. Third-party requests
We do not provide readings or insights about third parties without their consent. This includes partners, family members, employers, or public figures.
12. Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to pause or end a session if there is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour. In such cases, refunds are not provided.
