Alongside my private practice, I work as a researcher and facilitator in disability inclusive emergency management — supporting communities, government, and leadership groups across Australia to navigate complex, high-pressure situations.

This work has taken me across the country, and I've been invited to present internationally, including with partners in the United States.

At its core, it's the same work I do with every client: helping people lead, decide, and move forward with clarity under pressure.
