Q: Is this therapy or counselling? No. This is coaching and intuitive guidance designed to support clarity, decision-making, and personal development. If you require therapeutic or clinical care, please seek a qualified professional.

Q: What can I expect in a session? Sessions are calm, focused, and tailored to what’s most relevant for you. We work with what’s present—bringing clarity, insight, and practical direction without pressure or performance.

Q: What if I’m unsure where to start? The Clarity Session is the best place to begin. It allows us to explore what’s unfolding and determine the most aligned next step.

Q: Do you offer payment plans? Yes. Payment options are available for selected programs. If you’d like to explore this, please reach out and we can find a suitable arrangement.

Q: How do I book? Bookings can be made directly via the links on each offering page. You’ll receive confirmation details and your Zoom link upon booking.

Q: Are sessions refundable? Sessions are non-refundable once booked. You’re welcome to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Q: Do you offer online sessions? Yes. Sessions are available online, with selected services also offered in person (Central Coast NSW).

Q: Can I gift a session? Yes. Gift vouchers are available for selected sessions. Please get in touch to arrange one.

1. Scope of Services

Ascension Resonance provides coaching, intuitive sessions, mentoring, events, and digital resources for personal development and wellbeing.

2. Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
 

3. Personal Responsibility

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
 

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Pricing is subject to change, however the price at the time of booking will be honoured.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.

If we need to reschedule, an alternative time will be offered or a refund provided if suitable times are unavailable.
 

6. Refunds

Change-of-mind refunds are not provided. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
 

7. Online Sessions

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection. If technical issues occur on our side, sessions will be rescheduled at no cost.
 

8. In-person Sessions and Events

You agree to act respectfully and follow venue requirements. Attendance is at your own risk.
 

9. Confidentiality

All sessions are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
 

10. Recording

Sessions may be recorded for personal use with prior consent. Recordings may not be shared or distributed.
 

11. Third-Party Requests

We do not provide insight or guidance about third parties without their consent.
 

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to pause or end a session in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

  • manage bookings and communication

  • send updates (if you opt in)

Your information is never sold.
 

3. Session Information

Information shared during sessions is treated with care and confidentiality and is not shared without consent unless required by law.

4. Email Communication

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time. This does not affect existing bookings.

5. Payment and Third Parties

Payments are processed securely via trusted providers. We do not store full payment details.
 

6. Cookies

Basic cookies or analytics may be used to improve website performance. These do not personally identify you.
 

7. Data Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect your information from misuse or unauthorised access.
 

8. Access and Corrections

You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting us.

9. Legal Disclosure
