I’m Courtney Jones, founder of Ascension Resonance.
My work brings together intuitive insight, energetic regulation, and grounded leadership support for people who are self-aware, capable, and sensitive — yet feel something deeper is asking to be lived.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about clearing what no longer belongs, settling the nervous system, and trusting what you already know.

My Background (In Brief)
My professional path spans creative work, physical training, public sector strategy, and energy-based practice. This varied background allows me to bridge intuitive depth with real-world context — without bypassing or over-spiritualising the work.
I’m trained across multiple energetic and therapeutic modalities, and I work ethically, practically, and within clear boundaries. Experience, presence, and discernment matter more to me than labels.
