Most of the women I work with are capable, intelligent, and used to figuring things out on their own.
But they reach a point where the way they've always operated stops being enough.
That's where this work comes in.
How I Got Here
My path to this work wasn't linear.
I've run a retail business, worked as a personal trainer, and spent years in the corporate world — watching the gap between what women know intellectually and what they're actually able to access under pressure.
It was in that gap that my real curiosity began.
I started studying NLP to understand how language and belief shape behaviour. I explored Reiki and energy work to understand what moves beneath the surface — what creates blockages, what creates flow. I trained in hypnotherapy, timeline therapy, positive psychology, kinesiology, and Metaphysical Science to understand how change actually happens at the level where it's formed.
Each modality taught me something different. But they all pointed toward the same thing: clarity comes from within — and it can be accessed, trained, and trusted.
That understanding became the foundation of my private practice, my book, and every session I've held since.
What I do
I work with women — professionals, leaders and business owners — to bring clear, grounded direction to what's unfolding in their life or leadership.
My approach sits at the intersection of intuitive insight, strategic thinking, and real-world application.
It's not therapy. It's not traditional coaching. And it's not abstract spiritual guidance.
It's a focused, high-trust space where we get to the core of what's happening — quickly — and move from there.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a researcher and facilitator in disability inclusive emergency management — supporting communities, government, and leadership groups across Australia to navigate complex, high-pressure situations and create more thoughtful, inclusive outcomes. I've also presented this work internationally, including with partners in the United States.
At its core, it's the same work: helping people lead clearly under pressure. That perspective informs everything I do with clients.
