The Leader Within
You already know more than you think you do.
I wrote The Leader Within because I kept seeing the same thing.
We look outside ourselves for answers.
We ask other people what they think. We gather more information. We second-guess what we already knew. And somewhere in all that noise, we lose touch with ourselves.
This book is about finding your way back.
Know yourself. Trust yourself. Lead yourself.
The Leader Within explores seven steps for developing greater self-awareness, recognising your own internal guidance and making more conscious choices about how you live and lead.
It's practical, but it also asks you to look inward.
At your values. Your beliefs. Your patterns. Your purpose. Your intuition. And the choices you're making — including the ones you may not realise you're making.
Because leadership, for me, has always started there.
With yourself.
This is where much of my work began
I published The Leader Within in 2020.
My work has evolved a lot since then. I've evolved a lot since then.
But the idea at the centre of the book hasn't really changed:
You have a choice.
And the more you understand yourself, the easier it becomes to recognise when you're making that choice consciously — and when you're handing it over to someone or something else.
That idea still sits underneath almost everything I do.
