Courtney Jones is an intuitive leadership mentor and energy practitioner who supports women to reconnect with their inner authority, regulate their nervous system, and lead from alignment.

With a background spanning public sector leadership, energy-based practice, and intuitive development, Courtney brings a grounded, articulate voice to conversations at the intersection of intuition, leadership, wellbeing, and embodied decision-making.

Alongside her private practice, Courtney works as a researcher and facilitator in disability inclusive emergency management — supporting communities, government agencies, and leadership groups across Australia to navigate complex, high-pressure situations. This work has taken her internationally, including collaboration with partners in the United States.

She is the founder of Ascension Resonance, author of the International eLit Award-winning book The Leader Within: 7 Steps to Ascension Leadership and Intuition in Business, and host of The Undercover Intuitives podcast.

Her approach is calm, ethical, and grounded — bridging the practical and the intuitive without bypassing discernment, responsibility, or real-world context.
