In-Person Reiki Session
A deeply settling, embodied experience
An in-person Reiki session offers hands-on energetic support to help your system slow down, soften, and recalibrate. This is quiet, non-invasive work that supports relaxation, emotional processing, and energetic balance.
Sessions are intuitive and responsive, guided by what your body and energy are ready for on the day.
This session may support you if you’re:
feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or energetically “off”
moving through stress, transition, or burnout
holding space for others and needing replenishment
craving grounded presence and rest

Remote Reiki Healing
Energetic support from a distance
Remote Reiki sessions offer the same quality of attuned, energetic support without the need to be physically present. These sessions are ideal if you’re time-poor, sensitive, or prefer to receive in your own space.
Energy work is not limited by distance. Sessions are held with intention, focus, and clear energetic boundaries.
Each remote session includes brief post-session reflections to support integration.
Duration: 60 minutes

Reiki Attunements
A grounded, intuitive pathway
Reiki attunements are offered for those called to deepen their personal relationship with energy — whether for self-support, intuitive development, or professional practice.
This is a soul-led, ethical approach to Reiki, integrating traditional foundations with intuitive awareness and energetic responsibility.
Attunements are offered in small groups or 1:1, online or in person.

Reiki Teacher Training
By invitation.
Reiki Teacher Training is available to those who have journeyed through the attunement pathway within Ascension Resonance and feel called to teach and transmit this work.
This is a mentorship-based process focused on embodiment, integrity, and energetic maturity — rather than curriculum alone.
If alignment is present, the invitation becomes clear.
HOW THIS FITS WITH OTHER WORK
Reiki and energy sessions can be experienced on their own, or alongside intuitive sessions, coaching, or group work. Many clients weave Energy Alchemy into their support as a way to regulate, integrate, and sustain clarity over time.
