Ascension Resonance provides coaching, mentoring, intuitive guidance and wellbeing-focused support. These services are not crisis support, medical care, mental health treatment or psychological counselling.

It is your responsibility to advise me if you are under the care of a medical or mental health professional, or currently experiencing acute distress, crisis, or thoughts of harming yourself or others.

If you are in immediate crisis or danger, please contact emergency services on 000, Lifeline on 13 11 14, or your GP/mental health practitioner.

Ascension Resonance provides coaching, mentoring, intuitive guidance and wellbeing-focused support designed to facilitate personal insight, leadership development, clarity, self-awareness and aligned action.

Services are educational and supportive in nature.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, tax, investment or financial advice.

No diagnosis, treatment of illness, crisis intervention or guarantee of outcomes is provided.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate qualified professional support where relevant to their circumstances.

Coaching and mentoring are collaborative processes.

Insights, intuitive impressions, reflections, coaching perspectives and suggestions shared during sessions are intended to support awareness, personal growth and aligned decision-making.

The client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation and outcomes following any session, program or mentoring engagement.

Results vary between individuals and depend on many factors, including the client’s personal commitment, circumstances, choices and implementation.

Ascension Resonance agrees to provide services with reasonable care and skill, within the scope of coaching, mentoring, intuitive guidance and wellbeing-focused support.

We agree to hold a respectful, confidential and supportive space, and to communicate clearly about the nature and limitations of the services provided.

Personal information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law, where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person, or where disclosure is reasonably required for legal, insurance or professional compliance purposes.

Client records and brief session notes may be securely retained for operational, legal and insurance purposes.

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed at the practitioner’s discretion.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

If the practitioner needs to reschedule, reasonable notice will be provided and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually suitable time.

Coaching and mentorship support is provided for the agreed program duration.

Unused sessions do not automatically roll over beyond the agreed program period unless confirmed in writing.

Ongoing mentoring may continue after the initial program by mutual agreement. Where ongoing mentoring continues, these terms remain in effect unless replaced by a new written agreement.

Where between-session support is included in the selected program, it is provided within reasonable professional boundaries.

Between-session support is not emergency or crisis support.

Response times may vary and are generally provided during standard business hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client agrees to pay the fees associated with the selected service, program or mentorship arrangement.

Where a payment plan is agreed, the client remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments for the full agreed program or service.

Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not represent a pay-per-session arrangement.

Choosing not to continue attending sessions does not automatically cancel or void outstanding payment obligations.

If a scheduled payment fails, access to sessions, mentoring support or program materials may be paused until payments are brought up to date.

Due to the nature of coaching and mentorship services, refunds are generally not provided once a program or service has commenced.

However, nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, remedies or consumer guarantees available under Australian Consumer Law.

Any materials, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, resources or written content provided by Ascension Resonance remain the intellectual property of Ascension Resonance unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for the client’s personal use only and must not be copied, shared, reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.

The client agrees to participate respectfully and honestly throughout the coaching or mentorship process.

Ascension Resonance reserves the right to pause or discontinue services where there is a conflict of interest, inappropriate conduct, repeated boundary breaches, unpaid fees, or circumstances where continuing the work is not appropriate.

Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees available under Australian Consumer Law.

Services will be provided with due care and skill, will be reasonably fit for the purpose discussed, and will be supplied within the agreed timeframe or within a reasonable time where no timeframe is specified.

By submitting this form and electronically signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

You confirm that:

the information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge

you are voluntarily engaging in coaching, mentoring and/or leadership alignment services with Ascension Resonance

you understand the scope and nature of the services provided

you understand these services are supportive and educational in nature and are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice

you agree to the payment, cancellation, rescheduling and communication policies outlined above

you understand that results vary between individuals and that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that your responses and electronic agreement will be securely recorded by Ascension Resonance.
